🗓️ Chardham Yatra by Helicopter – 6 Days / 5 Nights Itinerary

Reporting Location: Sahastradhara Helipad or hotel in Dehradun
Note: Arrive 1 day before yatra starts

Day 1: Arrival in Dehradun

• 📍 Stay: Pre-booked luxury hotel (e.g. Lemon Tree, Fairfield Marriott)

• 🕘 Activities:

  • Check-in and rest

  • Briefing with the helicopter team

  • Document verification (ID, weight declaration)

  • Local sightseeing (optional)

• 🍽️ Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Dehradun → Yamunotri (Kharsali Helipad)

• 🚁 Helicopter ride: Sahastradhara → Kharsali (~25 mins)

• 🐎 Trek: 6 km to Yamunotri Temple (via palki/pony)

• 🙏 VIP Darshan at Yamunotri Temple

• 📍 Stay: Hotel in Kharsali (or near Yamunotri)

• 🍽️ Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 3: Kharsali → Harsil → Gangotri → Harsil

• 🚁 Helicopter ride: Kharsali → Harsil Helipad (~30 mins)

• 🚗 Drive: Harsil to Gangotri (~25 km / 1.5 hrs)

Day 4: Harsil → Sersi/Phata → Kedarnath

• 🚁 Shuttle ride: Sersi → Kedarnath (~8–10 mins)

• 🚶 Walk: 15–20 mins to temple (porters available)

Day 5: Sersi → Badrinath

🧳 What to Pack

• Warm clothes (temperature varies from 5°C to 18°C)

• ID proof (Aadhar/Passport mandatory)
